THE SKI BODY BOOTCAMP Experience
Any good ski instructor or coach will tell you that preparing your body for skiing is crucial to having a great experience in the mountains. Most will admit that all the technical training in the world will not solve fundamental imbalances you bring to the lesson. Everyone has one turn better than the other. Fact. This is a product of tension we hold in our Neuro and Myofascial Systems. Fact. The SKI BODY BOOTCAMP is guaranteed to find the tension in your body related to skiing, clear it and show you how to keep it clear. Fact.
3 Steps over 3 hours will:
SCAN IT- Find the tension in your body that affects your skiing.
CLEAR IT- Dynamic Neuro-Myofascial Adjustment to remove this tension.
MOVE IT - A high energy dynamic myofascial adjustment class guaranteed to LOCK in these powerful changes.
This tailored prescriptive approach allows you to take it anywhere to ensure your body works efficiently and smoothly in all environments.
Who is this program for?
Skiers and snow boarders of all levels who have
· Ankle, knee, hip or back pain.
· History of injury.
· A turn significantly better than the other.
· Flexibility issues.
· Technique progression problems.
· A deep desire to prepare properly this season.
· Noticed general body imbalances and want to sort it for good.
The back is doing good thanks! I have religiously done the exercises you gave me. I have basically no back pain at all and am totally off any sort of pain killers/anti inflammatories!! Took a bit of an impact a couple weeks ago (see photo) and felt it but pain was gone by next day! Thanks again for the help.
